Labourer", dated 5 Mar 1745, witnesses sworn 12 Oct 1744 [sic, clearly meant 1745], proved [12 Oct crossed out] 5 Nov 1745, names nephew Zaccheus Gould son of my Brother Jonathan Gould [under 21] "provided I Shall not Return from the Expedition to Cape Breton In which Expedition I am now going". Brother Jonathn to be executor.
