Will Abstract
- Will of "William Stover of Botetourt County and State of Virginia being old and infirm of body but of perfect mind and memory"...
- "I give and bequeath (first) all my lawfull debts and funeral charges to be paid out of my Estate".
- "(second) it is my will that whatever is left of my Estate after my Decease be equally divided amongst my several children whose names are as follows, Elizabeth my daughter, Michael my son, Jacob my son, Daniel my son, Peggy my Daughter, Catty my Daughter, John my Son, Esther my Daughter, Susannah my Daughter & Hannah my Daughter".
- It is my will that my son Michael Stover have my land on which I now live and some years back sold to said Michael"....
- Appoints "my trusty friends Michael Stover and Jos [?] Crumpacker to be my lawfull Executors
- Dated 21st January in the year 1825
