Hi People: You can now correct your file on William to set a date of death as 8/19/1918. I have an obit, a Undertakers record and a Cemetery record to prove this. So we no longer have 3 dates.I also have the same for Carolyn, Maria and Anna Roberts,Harry M Roberts and a Hendrickson ( I think it was Herbert or something like that ) I had PCed it but left it at the RC and they are sending it to me in the mail today. I am going to wrapthis up probably this weekend and will send all the PCs to Bea. I have a few things to find yet. More Later. G&G

Hi Shaun: I just got back from the research center and see if you think this is your Wm. He died on 6/2-2/1917.He was 77 years old and was survived by a wife, one daughter, Mrs,Harry Roberts, 2 sisters, Mrs. Richardson and a Miss Rea. all of Beaver Falls. He had been a turnkey at the City Building for many years. I am going to pursue this line and will keep you posted. G&G

Good morning to both of you. I have now found the following info but there is some confusion on dates so just look at this and we will talk. I already have planned to follow this up and will keep you posted. Be aware of the difference in dates .

In a obit from the Beaver Falls Evening Tribune dated 6/5/1917 William M. Rea age 77 of 1311 West Ninth Street died from old age the previous night. Survived by his wife Mrs. Wiliam Rea ,Daughter ,Mrs. Harry Roberts , 2 Sisters Mrs. Richardson and Miss Rea, both of Beaver Falls. Interment in Grandview Cemetery.

A marriage of Harry Roberts and Anna Rea on 10/24/1894 ( I think we mentioned this and we will probably get a copy next week )

1910 census : Harry M Roberts 43 , Anna 38 , Mary 6 , Wilda 3 and Mary Mother 73 living in Beaver Falls.

1920 census : Anna Roberts 49 widow , Mary 15 , Wilda 12 , and Maria Mother 77 widow living in Beaver Falls.

Registers Docket shows Marias DOD as 4/21/1923.

A phone call to Grandview Cemetery shows the following interments in one plot :

Wm. Rea interred 8/19/1918. Carolyn Rea interred 2/8/1919 Maria Rea interred 4/21/1923 Wm.Howe Richardson interred 11/27/1901 ( Moved to Oak Grove Cemetery-Freedom on 10/11/1912.

On this info I am going to look for an obit for Roberts , census for Richardson wher I suspect we will find Carolyn Rea living with them because she does not show in the Census Index.

Shaun I don't keep copies of the info I send ( filing cabinets are not big enough ) and so Bea can make a copy for you. I will continue to send her what we find and she can pass it on to you. It's not that I am CHEAP but I am FRUGAL.

Will keep you posted as we find more to clear up the differences. I have the census for 1910 and 1920 for Harry Roberts family on file. Found Richardson yesterday but my computer was messing up and have to go back in to get it downloaded. G&G
