[Note: the second marriage appears spurious, apparently caused by the author mistaking the death of a child of William on 18 Apr 1731 in Bristol records for the wife of William. In any events, a child b. 23 Mar 1731-2, as is shown, is pretty much incompatible with claimed death of the first wife 18 Apr 1731.]
"Settled in New Haven, Conn., where he remained for some time. He returned to Bristol, R.I., and from there removed to Dighton, Mass. I learn but little in relation to him."
