On Petition of FRANCES FRAZIER for administration of her late Husband, WILLIAM FRAZIER deced Estate, is granted; she having taken the Oath as the Law directs and entered into Bond with SUSANNAH LIVINGSTON & JOHN GORDON her Securitys and acknowledged the same in Court, And ordered that JAMES ROY, THOS: HILL, RICHARD TUTT & JAMES WILLIAMS or any two of them (being first sworn before a Majestrate of this County) do appraise all such of the said deceds Estate as shall be produced & shewn there by the said Admrx. Wee of the Jury find for the Defendant, A HARRISON foreman; which verdict at the Defendants motion was admitted to recored and Judgment, Ordered that the suit be dismist with costs & an attorneys fee; Its therefore ordered that the Plantife do pay unto the Defendt. the same alias Exo. Wee of the jury find for the Plantife two pounds three shillings currant money damage, GEORGE HOME, foreman; which verdict at the Plantifes motion was admitted to record & Judgment granted for the same with costs & an attorneys fee; It is therefore ordered that the Defendant do pay unto the Plantife the same alias Exo. SpotsvIvania County Court 6th of October 1730; Page 427 - On petition of WILLIAM FRAZIER for administration of DAVID MITCHELL deced Estate (he being the greatest Creditor as appears) is granted, and he having taken the oath and entered into bond with JOHN GORDEN & JAMES ROY his securitys and acknowledged the same in Court, Ordered that Certificate be granted ye sd FRAZIER for obtaining Letters of Administration in due form, And that PHILEMON CAVENAUGH, JAMES WILLIAMS, URIAH GARTON & JAMES GARTON or any three of them (being first sworn before a Majestrate of this County) do some time between this & the next Court appraise such of the said DAVID MITCHEL deced Estate as shall be produced & shewn them p the sd Administrator and make report of their proceedings to the next Court.
