Personal History

William Fisher ( ? -1794)

He was one of the earliest settlers on Chillisquaque County. Prior to the Revolution he purchased a farm here. His son-law, Robert Augustus Murdock, lived on the farm with him.

Source is from research done by Lucius Boardman Donkle Jr. (1922-2009) in the 1990s but without leaving source documentation and from memories of Joseph Kepler Murdock (1898-1985), his father-in-law.
