Disposition of Land from Orange County, Virginia Records:
- Pages 288-91. 25-26 July 1739. William Crawford of St. Park's Parish, Orange County, to John Howard of same. Lease and release; for £8 current money. 128 acres in the fork of the Rapadan... on the river, Thomas Rucker's line and Wm.
