Due to her husbands job the family moved around a bit. Her sister, Phyllis, believes they lived in Raliegh, NC, Oaklahoma, Oakridge, TN and retired first to Corpus Cristi, TX and later in Tallahassee, FL. While in TN she worked for a company that made educational films. In Talahassee she was a very active volunteer in the Senior Centers art program.
