The descendants of Phillip Doddridge believe that his daughter, Rachel Doddridge (1), who was kidnapped by Indians in 1778, married Chief White Eyes and is therefore the mother of George Morgan White Eyes. But we know that Phillip married in 1767 - So Rachel (1) must have been born after 1767 but before the raid in 1778. She was born before Hannah who was born in 1778, so she must have been born before 1776, IMO. If she were born between 1767 and 1776 it would have been impossible for her to be the mother of George Morgan White Eyes who was born about 1770. She could still have been the wife of White Eyes but clearly not the mother of George Morgan White Eyes. --cthrnvl 14:36, 5 September 2012 (EDT)
