- Page 221 - Tully Davit, 58 acres, Bullpasture River. Adjoining Samuel Wilson. May 5, 1773. [Abstract of Land Grant Surveys, 1761-1791, Augusta & Rockingham Counties, Virginia, by Peter Cline Kaylor, pg. 79].
- Page 97.-(undated, abt. 1784)- Patented to William Preston on Great Calfpasture; patented to Andrew Kinkead: patented to Tully Davite 1st September, 1780.
Disposition of Land from Chalkley's:
- Page 177.--15th November, 1775. Tully Davitt and Jane to John Hiner, of Dunmore County, 140 acres on South Fork of Blackthorn, a branch of South Branch of Potomac. Delivered: John Heslin, February, 1777.

- Page 491.--18th August, 1770. Andrew Kinkead and Jean to Thomas Kinkead, £40, 45 acres on Calfpasture River; corner said Thomas. Teste: John Finley, William Tincher. Delivered: Tully Davitt, 1776.
- Page 20.--18th November, 1770. George Campbell and Samuel Tincher and Margaret, of Albemarle County, to Thomas Kinkead, £75, 215 acres on Great Calfpasture, patented to William Preston, 1st June, 1750. Teste: John Bigham, Andrew and Joseph Kinkead. Delivered: Tully Davit, 1776.
- Page 102.--21st November, 1772. Thomas Bell, son and heir of Joseph Bell, deceased, to Andrew McClure, on Long Meadow adjoining land on which Joseph formerly lived. Teste: John Patrick, Tully Davitt, Thomas Bell. Delivered: Samuel McClure, February, 1778.

- Page 148.--27th June, 1782. Robert Armstrong's will, cloathier--To wife, Elizabeth; to son, Samuel, executor; to daughter, Mary Armstrong unmarried; to daughter. Nancy Armstrong; to daughter, Gean Shields. Teste: Alex. Long, Wm. Davitt. Proved, 20th September, 1788, by Long. And on 17th _____, 1792, it appears to Court that William Davit resides in State of South Carolina. On motion of Robert Stuart, commission awarded; addresses to John Henderson and John Blaingame, presiding Judge of the Court of Union County. Executed 18th November, 1793, before John Henderson and Jno. Blasingame, and fully proved and recorded December Court, 1793. (Note: Robert Armstrong and Tully David married Means sisters).
