Arthur was found in the 1930 Blossom, Lamar Co., Texas census. He and his mother were living with her brother Calvin and their parents, John Hicks Jackson and wife Lou. I have not found a marriage record for Josie or a birth record for Arthur. I have assumed Arthur is deceased just so that his record will show on the site and perhaps someone can tell me more about him.
