Biography

Thomas Poage, son of Robert Poage and Elizabeth (Preston) Poage, was baptized 1 November 1740 in the Tinkling Spring Church, Augusta County, Virginia. [3] He died before 24 January 1803 (date will proved) and was buried in Augusta Stone Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Fort Defiance, Augusta County, Virginia.[S2]
