V. 230 has it (with addit. mistake of the man's name, Josias for Thomas, had John, b. 17 Feb. 1648; Mary, 16 May 1650; Sarah, 22 Aug. 1652; and Eliz. 1 Oct. 1654; rem. a. 1655 to Farmington, there had Hannah, bapt. 28, not 29 Dec. 1656, as print. in Geneal. Reg. XI. 324, wh. d. soon. In 1688, to avoid the extortiona. rule of Andros, requir. wills to be rec. at Boston for all the parts of N. E. he div. his est. among the four ch. John; Mary Root; Sarah Dewey; and Eliz. Lewis.
