Pg. 46 - Panel of 12 freeholders summoned by the Court, Sept. 14, 1814 to meet on the lands of Isiah Beard on Locust Creek where he plans to build a water gristmill. Judgement that part of Isaac Hawks' land will be overflowed by backwater but no injury; also no injury to fish, to ordinary navigation or health of neighbors submitted by John S.
