Page 115—1 February, 1725-6: Isaac North, Adms. on the estate of Thomas North, late of Farmington decd., exhibited account of Adms. Paid in debts and charges, £168-03-02. Which account is accepted. The invt., with additions, £1350-19-05; the real part, £1090-00-00; subtracting £168-03-02, there will remain of real and personal estate, £1182-16-03, to be distributed. Order to Martha North, widow and relict, £30-18-09, with her dower; to Isaac North, £298-19-06, which is his double portion of sd. estate; to Martha Beckley, one of the daughters, £105-09-08, having formerly received £44; to Thomas, James, Joseph, Sarah and Hannah North, the rest of the children of sd. decd., to each of them, £149-09-06, which is their single part or share. And appoint Thomas Curtice, Allyn Goodrich and Joseph Smith distributors. James North, a minor, 17 years of age, chose Samuel Seymour to be his guardian. And this Court appoint Isaac North to be guardian unto Joseph North, 5 years of age. Recog., £40. Martha North appointed guardian to Sarah North, a minor, 14 years of age. Recog., £40."
