Goff deceased -To Matilda Goff, commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of S 12, T 12 N, R 5 E, thence W 51 rods thence N 120 rods, thence E 12 rods thence N to the N line of said Tract thence E 39 rods thence S to the place of beginning containing 48 acres -To William Goff commencing at a point 51 rods W of the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of S 12, T 12 N, R 5 E, thence W 38 rods, thence N to the N line of said tract, thence E 50 rods, thence S to a point 120 rods N of the S line of said tract thence W 12 rods thence S 120 rods to the place of beginning, containg 41 acres -To William J.
