Carpenter Being weak of Body", dated 3 Apr 1759, proved 28 May 1759, names "my three sons Thomas Joshua and Offen Burnam", "to my son Thomas Burnam all that Estate Both Real and Personal that fell to me by the Death of my son John Burnnam Dec'd", to son Thomas "my Negro man Named Will", to son JOshua "my Negro Girl named Zeeb", "my two Daughters viz Margaret Griffen and Mary Peobody". Son Joshua sole executor.
