On 19 Sept 1635, "Tho[mas] Blower," aged 50, was enrolled at London as a passenger for New Elgland on the Truelove [Hotten 132]. He appears in New England records only in a reference on 9 Sept 1639, when "Capt. Keayne was ordered to pay the £12 10s. which he received of Mr. Saltonstall for part of Mrs. Blower's mo[ney?]" [MBCR 1:273]

    In the Colony Records is the following:"9 Sept 1639--Capt. Keayne was ordered to pay the 12.10s which he red'd of Mr Saltonstall for pt of Mrs Blowers N (necessaries?) to the treasurer (Recs. of the Mass. Bay 1:273). Thus, Thomas Blower must have died about 1639 which explains the dearth of record of him.
