Thomas first appears in Dorchester receiving 2 acres at Dorchester in December 1634, followed by several other small grants in 1635 and 1637/8. He was a fenceviewer and bailiff in later years at Dorchester.

His will, dated 6 Apr 1667, indicates he is aged with many infirmities. It names his wife Ann, son Thomas, and daughter Hannah Hopkins.[1]
