1801 - Baptism: Susannah, daughter of John WALLIS & Alice his wife (late Alice PAKE, spinster). Record gives date of birth. Received into church 25 December 1803.

1803 - Received into the Church when her sister Elizabeth was baptised.

1841 - Apparently widowed with five children, living in the Street, South Lopham.

1851 - Widowed. Three children still at home in the village, South Lopham. No indication of support, but all three sons working now.

1861 - Widowed. With married son John and family, living in Broken Dock, Little Walsingham. Farmer's widow. Aged 59, born at South Lopham, Norfolk.

1869 - Burial: Susan SARE, South Lopham, 67. Memorial inscription: Also of his wife Susannah SARE who died December 28th 1868. Buried with her husband among a long row of SARE graves. Granite with cherub at top; footstone W S / S S.
