[Note: the death date is not found in Marlborough VRs (or other VRs), presumably was copied from Hudson's History of Marlborough, p. 466, which gives no detail about where he lived or any marriages (and so neither does Wheeler). He is mentioned in his father' probate so was alive in 1772, at least.]
