_DCAUSE: Cancer

Solomon was working as a laborer in 1870 at the home of B.G. Parks, a house painter. (1870 Census)

Solomon was living with his mother and brother Thomas on 1880 in Valley District. He was working at a local furnace.

Solomon owned a one acre lot in Reedsville in 1885, worth $250.

He was living in his own home in 1910 in Reedsville. He was employed as a laborer doing "odd jobs." (US Census 1910)

His will, dated 11/25/1922, is on file in the PC Courthouse (Book 7, page 402). He gives all of his estate to his nephew, Virgil D. Conley.
