On p. 2539 (Louisiana) says Simon, born in 1726, son of Joseph & Anne BOURG of Grand Pré, married at Saint-Charles-des-Mines (Grand Pré) on 16 Jul 1748 to Elizabeth LE BLANC, daughter of Jacques & Catherine LANDRY. He was deported to MD. "Probably" he married 2nd around 1758 to Catherine THIBODEAUX (no parents given). A son Come, was born around 1760.

Two of the 5 children listed in this household on the 1774 census are children of Simon's first marriage. [Was there a son Hippolyte?]
