The Shadrick/Shadrack Brown you inquired about is the son of William & Elizabeth Brown. William died sometime after 1800 (census record) and before Dec. 1805 (Elizabeth's will) in Abbeville, SC. As late as 1797 this family resided in Bedford Co., VA, where William's father, Daniel Sr., left a will in that same year. Shadrack was born abt. 1766 in Chesterfield Co., VA; in 1787 he married Hannah Mitchell in Bedford. Don't know where he was after that.
