Acquisition of Land

  • 25 March 1742, William Beverley Esq of Essex Co transferred title to 309 acres in Beverley Patent to Sarah Ramsey, witnessed by James Cathey, Charles Campbell and Robt Ramsey. This acquisition is listed as 1744 on the J.R. Hildebrand Map.
