Sarah Swallow was born on 31st July 1835 and baptised the following month at Wheathampstead in Hertfordshire, daughter of Elizabeth Swallow, formerly Catline, and her husband William Swallow, a labourer. Sadly Sarah died young, being buried just a few weeks later on 4th October 1835.
