Hunt, Sarah, Mrs., [died] Oct. 16, 1770, in 94th [sic] y., "formerly the wife of Mr. Samuel Bradford of Plympton, Gentleman and who deceased March 26. 1740 in the 56th year of his age, who left eight children: names as follows, John, Gideon, Mary, Sarah, William, Abigail[,] Phebe and Samuel ... who was the daughter of Mr. Edward Gray and Mary his wife of Tiverton. Born April 8th. 1697." G.R.
[The article in S3 transcribes the gravestone as "in the 74th Year of her Age". Whatever the cause of this discrepancy, 74th year is consistent with the dates on the gravestone, while 94th year is clearly not.]
