Sarah Flynt was named in the will of her grandfather, Richard Durrett (1705-1784), as follows:

Item. Whereas I have given my two granddaughters Sarah Flynt and Susanna Burras one Negro woman and increase I do exclude them from claiming any other part of my estate.

Notes

Some researchers have placed birthdates for Sarah well before the possible marriage date of William Flynt and Agatha Durrett. Since William Flynt also married Agatha's sister, Sarah Durrett, prior to his marriage to Agatha, it is certainly possible that Sarah was a daughter from William Flynt's prior marriage, but since this Sarah Flynt married in 1818 to Francis Boyd, she was more likely a product of William Flynt's 2nd marriage to Agatha. Additional research may be necessary.
