Birth date calculated from age at death

The transcription found in the "The Record" April 1895 edition, gives her age at death as 94yrs, 7mo, 18day - a 30 year difference! An examination of the photo at Find-a-Grave leads me to believe that 64yrs old is correct. The photo looks more like 64 than 94.
