Sarah was 7 months pregnant when she arrived in Western Australia Sarah and her daughters had numerous chores to complete each day Milking Cows Cutting Chaff and feeding the Horses and Pigs and tending to the vegetable garden. Cleaning the house, make bread from their own flour which was ground from their own wheat, made butter from cream, made sausages from kangaroos and rabbit meat and made parrot soup and parrot pies. With such a large family the household duties would have been endless. Thank God she had 6 girls to help
