Sanford Henry Riggs signed a card (as “S. H. Riggs”) for the fourth registration of the WW II draft. Sanford gave the name and address of Florence Riggs and stated that he was employed by C&A Gas Company in Weston. The registrar's report describes him as 5'11" height, 174 lbs. weight, blue eyes, black hair, ruddy complexion, and deaf.
