  5. According to Source:Ward, Andrew Henshaw. History of the Town of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, p. 468, this death record could be the father, or it could be the son. According to a later work by the same author, the Rice Family, footnote on p. 76, it belonged to the father. That Huldah Wheelock, d/o Samuel and Huldah, b. 1741, needed a guardian appointed for her in 1756 [Worcester probate 63999, her mother] and the heirs named in the division of the estate in 1757 makes it clear that it was the son.
