    Tudor, Samuel, Windsor. Died 6 July, 1727. Inventory taken by Hezekiah Porter, Henry Woolcott and John Bissell. Will dated 13 June, 1727.

    I, Samuel Tudor of Windsor, do make and ordain this my last will and testament: Item. I give unto my son Samuel 12 rods in breadth on the north side of the lott I live on, from the Great River to the country road, and from the country road my will is yt he shall have 14 rods in breadth eastward to the end of 3 miles, on the north side of sd. lott, with the buildings and appurtenances thereof. Item. I give unto my daughter Abigail Tudor 1-2 of the remaining part of the lott I now live on, from the river to the end of the 3 miles, after Samuel's part as abovesd. is taken out of sd. lott Item. I give unto my daughter Mary Kilbourn, besides what I have already given her, the sum of £50. Item. I give unto my daughter Sarah Morsse £50 besides what I have already given her. Item. I give unto my daughter Margaret Tudor the other half of my lott I live on, together with my daughter Abigail, vizt, 1-2 thereof after Samuel's part aforesd. is taken out, to be divided between Abigail and Margaret. Item. I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Marshall, besides what I have already given her, £50. My will also is that all my outland, common right and divisions, layd out and not layd out, in Windsor, as also a piece of meadow land which descendeth to me of my brother Owen's estate, of about 2 3-4 acres, and all my moveable, of what kind and sort soever, after my debts and the legacies to Mary, Sary and Elizabeth be paid, shall be equally divided between my sons Samuel and my daughters Abigail and Margaret. My will also is that my son Samuel shall be brought up at college out of my estate till he shall come regularly out. I appoint my son Samuel Tudor sole executor.
