Taylor, son of Solomon and Sarah Taylor, married Penelope W. Knight, August 16th, 1835, daughter of George and Mercy Knight, of Scituate. Mr. Taylor was a farmer and resided on the homestead of his father all his life. Mr. Taylor and his wife were virtuous and honorable. She belongs to the Baptist Church and has for many years.
