Codicil says that testator's son Joseph Stillman has died before testator intestate and gives the deceased son's part to sons unnamed 3 daughters all under age 18 and use of gift to their unnamed mother.
A receipt to the will: 3 Jan 1762. Received of George Stillman Exor to will of George Stillman late of Westerly deceased, £472 16s 2p by virtue of a power of attorney given me by my son Nathan Smith, yeoman of Westerly who was Adm. of Estate of Joseph Stillman late of Westerly deceased; which sum was given to 2 of the orphan children of said deceased Joseph Stillman by said deceased George Stillman in his will. The orphan children were not named. Signed: Benoni Smith.
Codicil also says that daughter Deborah Tanner and her husband Benjamin Tanner have an unnamed son under 21 and unnamed daughter under 18. The receipts show that their son was Nathaniel Tanner and that their daughter was Deborah Tanner Jr.
