Libertie is granted unto Mr. Samuell Saberry of Duxborrow, to look out for land to accommodate him in reference to several former grants made by the Court unto Mr. William Kemp, decd, which land said Mr. Kemp never had, or any for him, and was disappointed of some parsells of land assigned to him; & thereby hee having an interest therein, as appears by the records of this Court, if, therefore, the said Mr. Saberry, his son-in-law, can find any lands as yet indisposed of, hee is to have a competent accommodation of lands out of the same.
