Origins

DNA of a descendant matches that of a group of descendants from Alexander Morrow and Grace Smith, most closely to the descendant of David Morrow m. Margaret Kelso. David's children are well-researched, and none were in Tennessee in the 1820s as far as can be determined. Several of his brothers, however, are unaccounted for.

Census

His sons were living with relatives in 1860, thus his wife appears to have passed away. Possible later census records:
