1802: Leeds County: Bastard, Kitley, Leeds and Lansdowne (Rear) Townships: page 2.

    In a column headed "Kitley":
    Samuel Kilburn
    1 man
    1 woman
    4 male children
    2 female children

The children are assumed to be James, Benjamin, Truman, Asahel, Hannah and Lucy.

    Lucy Kilburn 7
    Asa... Kilburn 4

It is not clear why daughters Abigail and Clarissa were not mentioned, as they had likely been born by this time.

The 7 people are assumed to be Samuel, Abigail, James, Benjamin, Hannah, Truman, and Lucy.

1806: Leeds County: Bastard Township: page 1: column 1.

    Samuel Kilburn
    Abigail Kilburn
    James Kilburn
    Benjamin Kilburn
    Truman Kilburn
    Ascil Kilburn
    Hannah Kilburn
    Lucy Kilburn

It is not clear why daughters Abigail and Clarissa were not mentioned, as they had likely been born by this time.

  10.   Pre-1851 Censuses of Canada West (Ontario)
    1817: Leeds County: Bastard Township.

Samuel Kilborn: married male aged 47, married female aged 43, 2 males aged 7-14, 1 male under 7, 1 female aged 14-21, 1 female under 7

To be consistent with other information on this family, including information from other censuses, it appears that the 2 males aged 7-14 years should be 2 females. Since two transcripts give the same information, the error is likely in the original.
The male under 7 is assumed to be Charles.
The female aged 14-21 is assumed to be Abigail.
The 2 females aged 7-14 are assumed to be Clarissa and Polly.
The female under 7 is assumed to be Lydia.

  11.   Pre-1851 Censuses of Canada West (Ontario)
    1832: Leeds County: Bastard Township.

Samuel [transcribed as Lamul] Kilborn: 1 male over 16, 1 female over 16, 1 male under 16

The male under 16 is assumed to be Charles.

  12.   Pre-1851 Censuses of Canada West (Ontario)
1813: Leeds County: Bastard & Crosby South Townships: page 1.

Samuel Kilborn: 1 married male 16-50, 1 woman, 2 males under 16, 5 female children

James, Benjamin and Truman are all listed separately in this census (James in Kitley township and Benjamin and Truman in Bastard township, as males between 16 and 50 years old). Asahel (b. 1800) is clearly one of the males under 16. Assuming that later census records (1832, 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881 and 1891, all of which indicate that Charles was born about 1816, when his mother was 44) are accurate, it would appear that Samuel would have to be the other male child under 16 in this census.
The 5 female children are assumed to be Lucy, Abigail, Clarissa, Polly and Lydia.

  13.   Pre-1851 Censuses of Canada West (Ontario)
1814: Leeds County: Bastard Township: page 1.

Samuel Kilburn: 1 married male 16-50, 1 woman, 2 males under 16, 4 female children

Assuming that Charles was born about 1816, the 2 males under 16 were Asahel and Samuel.
The 4 female children are assumed to be Abigail, Clarissa, Polly and Lydia.
Lucy (about age 16) is not included - she probably was not yet married, but she might have been working in another household.
