Facts and Events
He appears to have been engaged twice - to Huldah Washburn in 1776 and to Katherina Aldrich in 1777. In neither case is the actual marriage recorded, and he appears not to have had any children (at least, in Uxbridge or in Mendon). He may be the Samuel Kempton who died in Uxbridge 7 May 1832 (when he would have been 79), whose widow Susannah died in 1840.
