An inventory of his estate was taken 24 May 1746 and maybe found in probate records at the Connecticut State Library. A deed dated 3 January 1725/6 "from Samuel Horsford and Elizabeth, his wife, to our brother Samuel Brown of Colchester" notes that "Elizabeth above said was daughter to John Brown late of Colchester." (Hosford Gen, p. 14)

William, Samuel and John lived and died at Windsor. (Horseforde)
