Ruth 5, second child and second daughter of Jedediah 4,( Samuel 3, Samuel 2, John1) BIGELOW and Thamezin (NURSE) BIGELOW, was born 25 Sept 1739 at Grafton, Worcester county, MA. The family removed to Douglas. There we find recorded the intention-of-marriage of Andrew COOK, son of Thomas and Sarah, to Ruth BIGELOW, dated 19 March 1759. They had six children recorded at Douglas, after which there are no more records for either.
