6 ["First Tuesday"] May 1828: "heirs are Charlotte Smith the widow, and Rufus Smith the only child of said deceased", widow getting 1/3, son getting the remainder. Receipt given same day by Charlotte Smith, and Abra'm Wheelwright Guardian to Rufus Smith.
