Obituary MRS. CHARLES A. OSBORNE 

 Mrs. Rosa Osborne, 96, of 135 Illinois Ave. died of infirmities at 10 p.m. Sunday in the Wick Park Nursing Home after an illness of two years.
 Mrs. Osborne was born Feb. 20, 1862, in Enon Valley, Pa, a daughter of James and Hannah Holliday Law, and came to Youngstown as a child.  She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian church.  Her husband, Charles A., died in 1940.
 She leaves a son, Freeman A. in Florida; a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
 Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the King Funeral Home, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
