Conner was to convey, by deeds of special warranty, the lot of land purchased by Baylis Tackett, as guardian for said Romulus, Marcellus, and William D. Jackson His mother Frances died in 1853 and his brothers Marcellus and William David are living with their maternal grandparents in 1860 but Romulus is not found as yet on the 1860 or 1870 census.
