Life in New England

  • 1643: Was in Springfield
  • 13 April 1648: Freeman at Springfield
  • 1651: Wife Francis died in Springfield
  • Abt 1653: Went to Milford, CT (where in this year he was listed as one of the town's principal after-planters) and married (2) Elizabeth, widow of William Slough; daughter of James Pruden.
  • 1668: After Elizabeth died in April 1668, he moved to New Haven, perhaps to be near his daughter Alice Bradley.

Legacy

Died in 1671 in New Haven, CT
