Robertson B. Dugger was born ca 1825/26 per his age on the 1850 census (24). He was born somewhere in Georgia, perhaps in Bulloch County where he married. Certain factors lead me to believe that Robertson is a son of David Dugger (c1791) and Tempy Milton but I don't have absolute proof. On 2 Nov 1847 Robertson B. Dugger married Ann Hagin in Bulloch Co., GA by Peter Cone. By 1850 they had moved south and joined probable brother John N. Dugger (c1815) in Thomas Co., GA. They are listed on the 1850 census in Thomas Co., GA with brother John.
