    Daughters: Anna, Susannah, Ann and Elizabeth James all under age 18 and unmarried.
    Son John James received gun that was his uncle Samuel Barber's.
    Brother William James of Exeter, yeoman.
    Witnesses: James Shelden, Smith Bailey and Jos. Card.
