Vol. 9, p. 514 9 Jul 1745: Accounting of ye Estate of Rob't Cook Deceased, allowed 10 Jul 1745, balance £54-1-6, of which £16-10-6 given by judge to widow for "necessaries". [From case 4913] 24 Dec 1744: Bond of Nathaniel Cook Houswright of Kingston as guardian of Robert Cook a Minor son of Robert Cook late of Kingstona fores'd Deceased. 3 May 1759: "This may Certefy y't Robert Cooke a minor aged 15 year Son of Robert Cooke Late of Kingston Deceased has Chosen John Faunce of Kingston to be his Guardien."
