    Mrs. Chris Soft died of pneumonia at 8 o'clock last night at her home, 315 East Ransom street, aged 79 years and 8 months. She leaves four sons, Oscar, William, Shoot and Arch Sootsman, all of this city. She was a resident of Kalamazoo for forty years and was a member of the North Presbyterian church. She has been sick about three weeks. Funeral notice later.
