    5 Sep 1775: Agreement of heirs settling dispute regarding dower: William Whitridge and Enos Knight to pay Mary Whitridge £6-13-4, and she to have use of to 11 acres in Danvers that her husband purchased of Ezra Prince and 3-plus acres of woodland in Andover, and quitclaim any other rights to the estate. Signed by Mary Whittrege, William Whittredge, Enos Knight.
    4 Aug 1788: List of Debts presented by William Whittredge & Mary Whittredge (now Dodge) and represent estate to be insolvent.
    Undated letter from "S. P. Cred'r" [Samuel Porter] that "there has been cut from the Woodland in Andover ... more than one half since in the Hands of ye present Administrators to the Diminution of full half of is Value", denied by administrator then claimed to be in payment to administrator "for what the Brother owed him", "serves to account for his Delay in settling of Estate till this".
    27 May 1789: Examination reveals substantial cutting of wood and widow's dower "pretty much striped of its Wood".
    31 Jul 1789: complaint of Sam'l Porter against W'm Whittredge that after renting the woodland without reporting the rent, the administrator is now requesting a new commission to consider a debt that is his, not the deceased's, that his bondman was his late father whose estate he now administers, etc.
    7 Sep 1789: Complaint of Sam'l Porter that sale of real estate 25 May last but payment to creditors due 25 Jul has been unreasonably delayed.
    6 Nov 1789: Accounting of William Whittredge including income from "wood cut & sold from the wood Land", "income of real estate for fourteen years".
    6 Nov 1789: Wiliam Whittredge Adm'r order to pay creditors £0-10-10-1/3 per pound [apparently never did]
    4 Mar 1806: Bond of Simon Mudge Housewright as administrator [de bonis non] of the estate of mr Rich'd Whittredge Jun'r late of Danvers
